Out With the Old and in With the New…Again

I know, I know. The blog is changing again. I am such a hypocrite when it comes to this blog. I am constantly telling folks that consistency is key when it comes to maintenance of volunteers, websites, blogs, etc. And I will be the first to admit that I need to practice what I preach. But, hey, I am great at fixing the problems of others…

The past few weeks have been insane. Not normal “work-is-crazy-I-just-want-to-sleep-for-days” crazy, but “how-exactly-did-I-score-this-life” crazy. Once in a lifetime opportunities and challenges seem to pop up all at the same time and since my memoir was getting a little boring, I grabbed them all and got to work. But now it is slowing down (kinda) and over the weekend-between a play, a dinner, a few meetings, and gobs of football-I began to think about how beautiful it all really is and how stream-lining is (probably) going to be the key to my personal success. So, I decided to start with the blog.

This is the new stream-lined version of the old blog and it will be devoted to opinion pieces and editorials by yours truly. For all things Columbus and the Valley or Georgia in general-events, reviews, politics, etc-go to www.thisgeorgialife.com.

I’m excited. I hope you are.
